Unrivalled facilities for guaranteed quality

We are proud to own and operate one of the best processing plant you’ll find in Victoria. Our 5500sqm facility stores over 480 pallets of goods under refrigeration, plus another 280 pallets in each of two expansive walk-in freezer rooms.

Each room is carefully temperature-controlled via state of the art computer systems. All loading and unloading of goods are conducted within this temperature-controlled zone guaranteeing the safety, longevity and freshness of all Tip Top Meats goods.

As a HACCP Certified and Prime Safe accredited business, our systems of handling, storing and transporting our meat products all meet strict health and safety requirements at all times.

We use state-of-the-art packaging and processing equipment to ensure premium quality. This includes:

German quality Sausage making machine
State of the art Cryovac® vacuum sealing machine which provides a superior seal for longer shelf life under ordinary refrigeration.
Falcon Conti portioning machine
